“Enfin” is a cuvée of Grenache Noir, Mourvedre and Syrah, and was already in the second year of its production selected as the best wine of the South of France and won the “Grand Medaille d‘Or des Grands Vins du Languedoc-Roussillon”. The wine was stored for more than 2 years in new wood barrels made with French oak of 500 litre volume each. The grapes come from of our best vineyards with 50 year old plants on average. The intense bouquet shows aromas of blackberries, cherries, plums, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, cedar, cinnamon, leather, smoke, herbs, pepper and violets. In mouth this wine is full-bodied, juicy, aromatic with lots of fruit and soft tannins. This wine is complex and has a lively elegance combined with a very long finish.
