“Les Grands Vin De Chateau Moyau”

L’Unique

L’Unique is made from Bourboulenc and Grenache Blanc grapes. The vines, up to 40 years old, are located on our best plots. The wine is vinified in egg tanks and aged for six months in wooden barrels, which gives it a high density and aromatic intensity. In the glass it has a golden yellow color with silver reflections. It shows a bouquet of white flowers, exotic fruits, vanilla and almonds. Smooth on the palate, it impresses with a fine spicy fruit, a touch of minerality and with flavors of citrus, apricot and white peach with subtly integrated tannins.

Sublime

Our Top Rosé is a blend of 30% Grenache Noir, 30% Cinsault, 20% Syrah and 20% Mourvèdre. It presents itself with a light pink color with amber shimmer, shiny and silver with reflections. It pleases the nose with notes of strawberry cream, blackcurrant, violet, peach, grapefruit, citrus and white flowers. These are complemented by light toasted notes. On the palate, the Sublime is full-bodied with lots of freshness and sweetness, round, delicate, a light structure, nice bitterness, complex and long-lasting. Fragrant notes of red fruits, coconut and spices complete the taste experience.

A 95% Grenache Noir based wine that beautifully expresses the fruit and structure of the grape variety. The vines for this wine are up to 100 years old and the wine itself was aged for over two years in a large wooden barrel. Already the presentation in the glass, with its dark, almost black coloration, announces harmonious notes of dark berries, paired with cherry aromas. The wine is perfected by elegantly integrated wood tones, which reveal themselves in the form of tobacco notes, dark roasted aromas and a slight hint of dark chocolate.

L'Exception

FRESH AND YOUNG

Our Fresh and Young line stands for uncomplicated wines. For many of our customers, the wines have become their house wine. The names reflect the environment of our chateau and represent the nearby sea, the pale pink color of the flamingos found on the lake in front of our vineyards and the sun of the south.

LE MER:

A blend of Bourboulenc, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Vermentino and Viognier. Wonderful and fruity with aromas of grapefruit, lemon, peach, clove, mineral notes and spring flowers. Smooth on the palate, with a juicy bite.

Le Flamant:

The rosé is a blend of Grenache Noir and Cinsault, which was aged in stainless steel tanks. The wine shows a very nice nose of strawberries, raspberries, cherries, almonds, violets and subtle peppery notes. The palate is juicy, fresh, with beautiful fruit.

Le Soleil:

A blend of Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks. It shows a very nice bouquet of raspberries, cherries, blueberries, herbs, floral notes and a hint of spices. The palate is full-bodied, smooth, with fruity finesse.
